Having over 14 years of IT development & management and international financial experience, with 5 years in Citibank, USA, Mr. Dong has made himself a master of IT strategies of international banks. He won the award of “2004 Top 10 Financial Technology Figures in China”.

Wycee Liu has extensive knowledge and experience working for IT industry in China, and has taken various roles in many corporate functionalities with multi-national companies. She worked for several major international IT vendors in sales & marketing, channel management as well as product management for more than 10 years. She is now the Head of Investor Relations & Public Relations for Digital China Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Yuichi Aida is a Managing Executive Officer of TIS Inc.　
He has more than 30 years' deep experiences in various IT related fields including systems integration, software development, and outsourcing businesses.
TIS is the largest subsidiary wholly owned by IT Holdings Co., that was established in April 2008, by merger of TIS Inc. group companies and Intec Inc. group companies.
IT Holdings Co. is in the second largest companies' group in IT services industries in Japan.

Mr. Hattier is the CIO of GE Asia Pacific. Mr. Hattier has been working and promoting China-oriented software outsourcing business, and is an expert in this sector.

Mr. Satoru Inoue studied in the faculty of economics in the university from 1988 to 1992. Upon graduation, he joined TIS in April 1992. Mr. Inoue has been involved in complex projects including serving as a system engineer for the Electric Banking System of UFJ Bank, involving in two projects for ORIX; one is leasing system for main-frame systems and the other one is a accounting systems for UNIX systems. From 1998 to October 2001, Mr. Inoue worked in TIS Hong Kong subsidiary as Deputy General Manager in Business Solution Division and from November 2001 to Jun 2004, he was assigned back to Corporate Planning Division at TIS Head Office. In fact, he was involved in the the negotiation that led to the formation of DGT. From July 2004 to September 2007, Mr. Inoue joined JCB project and was the leader for the Acquiring Systems which was released in July 2007. This Acquiring system is the biggest one which TIS has been released since its establishment.

Ray Yao joined DGT in 2005 and has dedicated his work to the growth of Microsoft business and project delivery capability.
He has over 10 years of extensive experience in IT & Semi-conductor industry. Prior to joining DGT, Ray Yao worked for Hygrand, Tyco Electronics, Maxtel and Aovtech both in China and in New Zealand with the roles of software/hardware developer, program manager and R&D head.
Ray Yao obtained Master and Bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Graduated from Tongji University, Mechanism & Electron Specialty, and later gained MBA of Madonna University, USA.
He has been in DigitalChina for 12 years, working at banking business unit all along. From AP development engineer to PM, then transfer to sales and later to client director, have taken part in many banking projects such as retail system of BOCOM, Core banking teller system of CCB, etc., also gained large cooperation with CCB as partner.
Know well of banking business and IT technology, also be good at communication with clients.

Jiang Li was recommended for the Director of Operation Management Department and transferred from DCFS to DGT in June 2008, with his outstanding work performance in Digital China Financial Software Ltd.
Mr. Jiang has over 10 years experience in sales management before he joined Digital China. As the National Sales Director, he took his responsibilities excellently in First Auto Work Car Corp. As the Sales Director, he once worked for LANXUM, a reputable company of video communication products.
Mr. Jiang obtained Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Technology from University of Science and Technology of China, and MBA Degree from Tsinghua University.
