Mr.Kotoi was born in 1963 in Fujian, China. Mr.Kotoi was admitted to University of Science and Technology of China in 1979. As the government-sponsored international student, he pursued further education in Japan in 1980. He received the master degree of Information Engineering from Kyoto University in 1987 and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering in 1990. In 1990, Mr.Kotoi joined Sun Japan Corporation(predecessor of SJI Inc.) at its early days and served as Representative Director, Vice President, Representative Director President and other positions. With excellent technical knowledge and management skills, Mr. Kotoi made outstanding contributions to the business operation and management as well as the success of IPO in Japan, from the development director to the core team member. In 2007, Mr. Kotoi took the post of the chairman of Liandi (Nanjing) Information Systems Co., Ltd. In 2009, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of SJI Inc.. Mr. Kotoi has 20 years work experience in IT related industries as well as extensive management experience. SJI Inc.is hi-tech information service provider both in Japan and China. In 2003, SJI Inc. listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange in Japan.

As the CEO of DGT Mr. Xu is now charted with transforming DGT to target Top 10 leading offshore outsourcing company in China. The growth strategy involves organic and inorganic. Mr. Xu has more than 13 years experience in IT industry. His various experiences in IT service industry include being senior consultant, project manager, program manager, senior manager and deputy general manager in areas of business consulting, package solution implementation, project management, migration management, sales and presales, operation management. Previously, as the key person who started Wipro’s operation in China, Mr. Xu has been leading Wipro’s Enterprise Solutions business in China. Besides Wipro Mr. Xu has worked in world leading firms such as IBM, PWC consulting and SAP. As a successful project manager Mr.Xu was largely credited in leading multiple SAP implementation projects for world leading firms across multiple countries. Mr. Xu achieved Business Management for his B.A. at Yokohama National University (Japan) and EMBA at China Europe International Business School.
