How do I apply for a position at DGT?
So you are thinking of applying for a position? Great! Applying for a DGT position is easy! Simply find the job you want in our "Jobs" section, and send us a soft copy of your English resume. A Chinese resume is also preferred, but not required.

Do you have any part-time positions/internships available?
Though part-time positions are not available, internships are. If you would like to apply for an internship, please send your resume to the location you are applying.

Does DGT provide a Hukou?
DGT follows Digital China's policies concerning Hukous and residency permits. Thus, Hukous are only sponsored after an employee has worked for one year.

If I get a Microsoft position, where will I work?
DGT staff will work at Microsoft's own development center in Shanghai. Other DGT employees will work in DGT's site in Shanghai and Beijing.

Will DGT sponsor my labor visa?
Yes! DGT can not only sponsor you, but help you with the paperwork and reimburse you for the cost of the visa, and related materials.

Can I complete the interview through phone interviews or email?
Unfortunately, all candidates must be able to come to Shanghai or Beijing to attend a technical interview. While we can finish most of the interview process via phone, we cannot complete offers without an onsite interview. Additionally, all candidates for Microsoft onsite projects must be able to stay in Shanghai or Beijing for at least two weeks to complete Microsoft's own interview process.

Does DGT provide housing or a relocation bonus?
Unfortunately, DGT does not provide any kind of relocation or housing support at this time. Please make sure you have access to proper housing before considering applying for a position.
