Functions/Responsibilities：
Design, implement, test, and maintain features of the MSNBC web site and the internal systems used to create it.
Work as part of MSNBC Shanghai group members including program managers and testers with a clear charter to meet specific kinds of business needs.
Work under limited supervision with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Web Software Test Engineer for Microsoft
Functions/Responsibilities：
Primary responsibility is to assure quality tactical projects and processes designed and developed by peer Program Management and Development teams. This includes reviewing functional and design specifications, creating test strategy documentation, articulating and implementing test cases, identifying and managing issues, working closely with developers to analyze and debug assorted code (C#, Jscript, ASP.NET, etc.), developing automated tools / test code where needed and managing signoff criteria / process.

Functions/Responsibilities：
Participate in testing of new features. Identify, investigate, and prioritize bugs;
Ensure backward compatibility by tracking automation test result of previous releases;

Managing expanded test environments and deployment;
Build test infrastructure to help improve team productivity.

Requirements：

Functions/Responsibilities：
• Participate in reviewing test plans, perform repeatable testing procedures and processes, improve test cases.
• Ensure product functionality, usability, security and performance;
• Verification of installation instructions, APIs, triggers, stored procedures, referential integrity, hardware product or system specifications.
• Application/System/Inter-System level issues may be the major focus.
• Identify, investigate bugs and verify fixes.

Requirements：
• 3+ years working experience in IT industry, experience in Windows environment will be a plus.
• Familiar with Product Development Life Cycle. Possess general knowledge of software quality assurance practices.
